U.S. Bank Business Development Manager - Co-Brand in Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsible for developing new strategic co-branded credit partnership opportunities for Retail Payment Solutions. This position is a senior member of a team of professional staff and requires the ability to engage mid-to-large sized companies and organization, as well as industry consultants, toward identifying new opportunities and driving such opportunities to new payments partnerships with U.S. Bank. This position will develop relationships with senior leadership of potential partners and create compelling sales proposals to be presented to prospective partners.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Ten or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication, relationship

management, sales, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage with, present to, and

influence others.

  • Well developed negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.

  • PC proficiency using a variety of software packages including Microsoft

Office, SharePoint, and data sharing tools.

  • Knowledge of the Payments industry, competitive marketing, product/program

development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis.

  • A minimum of seven years of previous experience in the Payments industry

  • A thorough understanding of the applicable regulations, laws, and other

business requirements to ensure compliance is maintained.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
