Boyd Gaming COOK I PREP in Las Vegas, Nevada
Perform basic food preparation such as cleaning and slicing produce, slicing cold meats, making garnish and salads, etc. in accordance with standardized recipes, department specifications, and quality standards. Maintain established inventory levels and order stock. Monitor quality of prepared products and maintain clean work station and storage area.
Must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a prep cook. Must be able to stand and/or walk for approximately 90% of shift. Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 75 pounds. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
