SERVICE SPECIALIST II DESCRIPTION:
The Service Specialist II (Service Tech), reports directly to the Field Services Supervisor (FSS) and to the District Service Manager (DSM). Service Tech's will be responsible for executing and closing Work Orders as they are dispatched. Work Orders may consist of Building Automation troubleshooting, Building Automation Installation, and light HVAC System troubleshooting. The Service Tech is the primary point of contact for the customer and is expected to represent the company in a professional manner.
