Job Description

Starts Coordinator is responsible for processing builder paperwork and data entry. This position will require a detail-oriented person with 2 years of experience in a construction office environment.

Primary Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Review paperwork provided by builder

  • Follow up with various contacts for appropriate purchase orders

  • Data entry

  • Compile, sort and file various accounting documentation

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • 2 years of experience in a construction office environment

  • Must be detail-oriented and organized

  • Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone system

  • Must pass work eligibility requirements.
