Primary Job Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Review paperwork provided by builder
Follow up with various contacts for appropriate purchase orders
Compile, sort and file various accounting documentation
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
2 years of experience in a construction office environment
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone system
Must pass work eligibility requirements.
