Rose is in need of a couple Business Development Associates! The Client Engagement Associate (CEA) is typically focused on both delivery and sales development, however this position will be business development only. These positions can be in St. Louis, MO or Las Vegas, NV.
A great candidate will be a focused professional who takes a strong "lead" and provides everything the prospective customer needs from that point on. The door is part way open, and this person will pave the path to a successful new relationship. This person is a seeker with a critical eye to see all potential opportunities given Rose''s complete suite of service lines and capitalizes upon them. This person loves people, loves being on mission and builds strong relationships inside Rose (across many functional areas) and with our prospects and customers. This person is a story teller who creates relevance and context around the customers current situation and all of the service lines at Rose. This person is a critical thinker and knows how to bring strong past performance examples to the front at the right time in order to convey a powerful value proposition to the customer. This person is a strong writer and can convey Rose value completely and in perfect context for the reader / decision maker. This person has an energy that is unique and will represent the Rose brand exceptionally well whether via a live presentation, video conference, or conference call. Indeed, this person is an influencer who can take our message forward to bring new customers on-board for the delivery team to take over!
Rose is seeking a driven business development professional who is both a planner and a doer! This team member will work with Regional Directors and VP''s to take their leads and turn them into new business success. This individual will create communications plans to cultivate contacts and evolve key opportunities. He or she will be an inspired writer and presenter, rallying excitement around the possibilities of working with Rose whether in a written proposal format or live presentation.
The Rose Business Development Associate will perform the following and more:
Take the lead on opportunities that have been identified in the various methods at Rose (via Marketing team or Regional Directors) - put a plan in place and manage the plan - evolving the leads into real business relationships.
Be one of Rose''s biggest cheerleaders – you know our value proposition inside and out and you continually learn what Rose is providing across the entire spectrum of our customer base in order to maximize that experience.
You will be bold – take calculated risks and trust in your persuasive abilities to knock down doors and get in front of prospects in an appropriate and appreciated manner.
You will be an author and storyteller – the business development associate will bring Rose to life for prospects via new business presentations, new business proposals, and live presentations.
You must be a driver and lead with authority – take ownership of your piece of projects and relationships.
Have fun – and show our prospects or customers the value in engaging with Rose as a strategic partner for their talent acquisition.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL SKILLS
BA/BS/BJ in Communications, Business, Journalism or Marketing or similar
A collaborative nature as evidenced in experience
The desire to win and a proven track record of doing so in a competitive business to business setting
Minimum two years’ experience working in the staffing industry - either agency, MSP, or client side.
Preferred experience with any CRM tool to mine prospects
Strong track record "selling" either on a commissioned or bonus structure - two years preferred
Strong presentation skills
Strong written communication skills
